  DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
  I went there for notarization of a document which was going to be sent to another Country, and the person who was working there was very disrespectful, unkind and unprofessional. After I sent the mail, I found out that he didn't put the stamp and I had to do the whole process again. Very horrible experience.

  Do not go to this store - they have little to no experience on printing needs.
  
  I wanted to print something on a 9x12 trace paper, but they refused to print since they "have never printed on such a paper before" which was odd because The UPS Store in Schaumburg had no issues printing on such paper; both stores have identical set ups and printers.
  
  Again, I wouldn't trust this store with your printing needs and would instead go to a different printing store.
